2. Il servizio

Karamu aiuta a organizzare serate di karaoke: coda dei cantanti, inviti a cantare insieme, notifiche e schermo dello show. Usando l'app accetti questi Termini. Il trattamento dei tuoi dati è descritto nell'informativa privacy.

Karamu helps you organize karaoke nights: singer queue, invitations to sing together, notifications and a show screen. By using the app you accept these Terms. How your data is handled is described in the privacy notice.

3. Account e accesso come ospite

3. Accounts and guest access

Puoi registrarti con un'email o partecipare a un evento come ospite. Sei responsabile delle tue credenziali e di ciò che avviene con il tuo account. [Età minima e regole per i minori da definire con il legale.]

You can sign up with an email address or join an event as a guest. You are responsible for your credentials and for what happens under your account. [Minimum age and rules for minors to be defined with the lawyer.]

4. Eventi e ruolo del Direttore

4. Events and the Director's role

Chi crea un evento ne è il Direttore: gestisce la coda e i partecipanti, e può aggiungere ospiti senza dispositivo. Il Direttore aggiunge i dati di un'altra persona solo se questa è d'accordo, o con il consenso di un genitore o tutore se è minorenne. Un evento si chiude dal Direttore oppure automaticamente circa 24 ore dopo l'apertura.

Whoever creates an event is its Director: they manage the queue and participants, and can add guests without a device. The Director adds another person's details only if that person agrees, or with the consent of a parent or guardian if they are a minor. An event is closed by the Director or automatically about 24 hours after it opens.

5. Comportamento e contenuti

5. Conduct and content

Resti responsabile di ciò che inserisci (nickname, foto, biografia, nomi degli eventi) e devi avere il diritto di usarlo. Non sono ammessi contenuti illegali, offensivi o che violano i diritti altrui, né usi che danneggiano il servizio o gli altri utenti. Ci autorizzi a conservare e mostrare questi contenuti agli altri utenti, nella misura necessaria a far funzionare Karamu. Puoi segnalare contenuti o problemi a help@karamu.it.

You remain responsible for what you enter (nickname, photo, bio, event names) and must have the right to use it. Illegal or offensive content, content that infringes the rights of others, and any use that harms the service or other users are not allowed. You authorize us to store this content and show it to other users, as far as needed to run Karamu. You can report content or problems to help@karamu.it.

6. Musica e diritti d'autore

6. Music and copyright

Karamu non concede diritti su brani, testi o video. La riproduzione sullo schermo dello show, se attivata dal Direttore, avviene tramite YouTube ed è soggetta ai termini di YouTube. Chi organizza una serata aperta al pubblico deve ottenere le autorizzazioni eventualmente necessarie, per esempio dalla SIAE. [Clausola da validare con il legale.]

Karamu does not grant any rights to songs, lyrics or videos. Playback on the show screen, if enabled by the Director, runs through YouTube and is subject to YouTube's terms. Anyone organizing a night open to the public must obtain any authorizations required, for example from SIAE, the Italian collecting society. [Clause to be reviewed by the lawyer.]

7. Costi

7. Pricing

Oggi Karamu è gratuita. Se introdurremo funzioni a pagamento o pubblicità, lo comunicheremo prima. Prezzi e condizioni di ogni acquisto saranno indicati prima che tu lo confermi.

Karamu is free today. If we introduce paid features or advertising, we will tell you beforehand. Prices and conditions for any purchase will be shown before you confirm it.

8. Disponibilità del servizio

8. Service availability

Facciamo il possibile per mantenere Karamu funzionante, ma non possiamo garantire che sia sempre disponibile o priva di errori. Possiamo modificare le funzioni o interrompere il servizio; per i cambiamenti rilevanti daremo un preavviso ragionevole.

We do our best to keep Karamu running, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. We may change features or discontinue the service; we will give reasonable notice of significant changes.

9. Sospensione e cancellazione

9. Suspension and deletion

Possiamo sospendere o chiudere un account che viola questi Termini, in modo proporzionato alla violazione e indicandone il motivo. Puoi cancellare il tuo account in qualsiasi momento dall'app (Profilo → Elimina account) o da questa pagina.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, in proportion to the breach and stating the reason. You can delete your account at any time from the app (Profilo → Elimina account) or from this page.

10. Responsabilità

Karamu non organizza le serate e non è responsabile di ciò che accade durante gli eventi né dei contenuti inseriti dagli utenti. Niente in questi Termini limita i diritti che la legge riconosce ai consumatori né la responsabilità che la legge non consente di escludere. [Clausola da validare con il legale.]

Karamu does not organize the nights and is not responsible for what happens during events or for content entered by users. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights that the law grants to consumers or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. [Clause to be reviewed by the lawyer.]

11. Modifiche ai Termini

11. Changes to these Terms

Se modifichiamo questi Termini aggiorniamo la data in cima alla pagina e, per i cambiamenti rilevanti, ti avvisiamo prima che entrino in vigore. Se non li accetti, puoi cancellare il tuo account.

If we change these Terms, we update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you before they take effect. If you don't accept them, you can delete your account.

12. Legge applicabile e foro

12. Governing law and courts

Si applica la legge italiana, fatte salve le norme inderogabili a tutela dei consumatori del Paese in cui risiedi. Se sei un consumatore residente in Italia, è competente il foro del tuo luogo di residenza o domicilio. [Clausola da validare con il legale.]
